HAVE YOUR OWN ART?

Since every custom order begins with the artwork, we want to help you create a design that will give you a high quality product that your customers will love. We have a large catalog of art you can choose from to customize for your location, or you can submit your own artwork for us to use.

If you choose to create a decal/sublimation program for your wares, artwork must have a resolution of at least 300 dpi (dots per inch). Vector images can scale without any quality loss. We except artwork in these file formats: ai, psd, eps, pdf, tiff, or a high quality jpg.

MINIMUM QUANTITY FOR AN ORDER

Kapan-Kent has a $500.00 on all orders unless other arrangements have been made in advance.  Each style of glassware must be ordered in quantities of 96 – 144.

PRICING

Every project we do is a custom order.  Therefore every project is custom quoted, based on your design treatments and wares. We work with you to develop the perfect design for your project and give you individual pricing options depending on your needs.

DELIVERY TIME OF AN ORDER

Our lead times for art to be created can be anywhere from 1-3 weeks. Once art is completed and approved we ship in a standard time frame of 4-6 weeks.

CA PROP 65 WARNING LABEL

Statement of compliance for California’s Proposition 65
The state of California’s Proposition 65, the Safe Drinking Water and Toxic Enforcement Act, became law in November 1986.  Effective August 30, 2018, Proposition 65 will have updated labeling requirements for businesses to notify consumers with “clear and reasonable” warnings of potentially hazardous chemicals present in products.  Warning lables are required on all products that contain chemicals found on the states list of over 850 compounds and must specify that the product contains chemicals, “known to the State of California to cause cancer and birth defects or other reproductive harm.”

Kapan Kent Co., Inc. has reviewed the complete product line for compliance with the Proposition 65 directive.Kapan Kent Co., Inc.’s products are subject to the Proposition 65 regulation labelling requirements and bear the following warning label:
